After looking at your post just now, I think back my time in KL when I was just came up. No friends, no 'true' friends, culture shock and so on.... Just want to share with you something...

1st:
There is normal to have such situation, I mean culture shock, can't absorb in other life and also uni system.
That's the time for you to really think about what you want, is that engineer course is suit you, check it out the hot place in kl, IT DO TAKE SOMETIMES TO ABSORB IN THE CULTURE AND PLAY WELL IN IT. dun worry, that's all normal

2nd:
Keep yourself occupy, understand that the world won't stop because you are not happy or cheer up, just try to be more useful to yourself in every minute and hours you spent, no matter is with your friends or without,
